How long does delivery take?
Confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After handover to the courier, delivery takes an additional 1–3 business days, depending on the locality and courier conditions. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next business day. See Shipping Policy for complete details.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery via FAN Courier is free for orders over 300 RON.
Via Sameday, delivery is free for orders over 400 RON.
Below these thresholds, the delivery cost is displayed at checkout.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery. A COD fee of 5 RON is automatically added to the order total, regardless of the chosen courier.
Can I change the address after placing the order?
The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been handed over to the courier. Please check the address carefully before completing the order; the customer is responsible for its accuracy.
What should I do if the package arrived damaged?
We recommend video recording the unboxing of the package upon receipt, especially if the outer packaging shows signs of damage. If the products are damaged or missing, send the recording and photos to hello@nailory.ro with the subject DAMAGED PRODUCTS, within 48 hours of receipt. Complaints submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after dispatch, you will receive an email with the AWB number and a tracking link directly to the assigned courier's website.

Are the products authentic?
Yes. All Nailory gels are purchased directly from the official European distributor AsCo Europe BV.
Are the products compliant with EU regulations?
Yes. The products sold comply with Regulation (CE) nr. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. Our distributor is a Responsible Person in the EU and maintains Product Information Files (PIFs) as per European requirements. Information on the country of origin can be found on the packaging of each product.
What do HEMA-free and TPO-free mean?
HEMA and TPO are common ingredients in gels that can cause allergic reactions in some people. Products labeled HEMA-free and TPO-free do not contain these substances, making them safer for professional use and for sensitive clients.
What is CPNP and why does it matter?
CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal) is the EU regulatory system for cosmetic products. A product registered in CPNP has undergone stability testing and safety calculations and is legally registered for sale in Europe. When you buy gels from Nailory, you know that the products are correctly labeled and compliant with European legislation.
Are the products for professional use?
Yes. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have the necessary knowledge for using professional nail products. The products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Are the colors in the photos identical to the actual product?
We make every effort to reproduce colors as accurately as possible. However, screen calibration and lighting conditions can affect color perception, and minor differences from the images displayed are possible.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to justify the decision, in accordance with OUG nr. 34/2014. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@nailory.ro to initiate the procedure. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
Are there exceptions to the right of return?
Yes, products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection, in accordance with art. 16 of OUG 34/2014.
What happens if I refuse the parcel without justification?
If the order was paid by card and the package is refused without justification, two-way shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
My order was canceled. When will I get my money back?
If the paid order was canceled for any reason, the amount will be fully refunded within a maximum of 14 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and cash on delivery (COD, with an additional fee of 5 RON).
Are my card details safe?
Yes, your card details are securely processed by our payment service provider. Nailory does not collect or store your card details.

What data do you collect about me?
We collect the data necessary for order processing (name, address, email, phone number), account data if you register, your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter, and browsing data via cookies, with your consent. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How long do you keep my data?
Order and billing data are retained for 10 years in accordance with legal tax obligations. Account data is retained for the duration of the account's existence plus 2 years after deletion. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Can I request my data to be deleted?
Yes, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, portability, and object according to GDPR. Send your request to hello@nailory.ro.
What cookies do you use?
